SunGays Presents: Poppers (1984)

Often confusingly advertised as the "Spanish Cruising", Poppers follows Santos, a lead singer of a new wave band fresh out of prison for murder. Santos just wants to hang out at the club, sleep with his sexy gf, and take more egregiously long showers but the billionaire father of the kid he killed has other plans.

What unfolds is an organized manhunt against Santos by all the rich elites in this Spanish town. If Santos escapes, he gets jewels worth one million dollars and if he doesn't, well he dies. Follow Sexy Santos as he hunts down and kills a bunch of billionaires in unique, twisted ways in order to escape with the jewels.

With a synthy score, cool 80's vibes, and nods to giallo, there's no better way to spend your SunGay than watching this Post-Franco movie.
