Open Doom Crescendo (2022)

On Sunday, September 27th, We Luv Video will screen the singular indie epic “Open Doom Crescendo.” The film follows the chaotic exploits of vagabonds traversing a dystopian wasteland in search of a mysterious figure known as the Embodiment of Angst. Directed by the Montréal-based DIY filmmaker Terry Chiu, “Open Doom Crescendo” is a wildly ambitious tale bursting at the seams with passion and creativity. Highly recommended for fans of fiercely independent, lo-fi cinema.

This screening will feature an introduction by Austin filmmaker, Carl Fry (Rats!), and will be preceded by Fry and Maxwell Nalevansky’s absurdist satire short film “I Killed Osama!?”

This film is meant for mature audiences. 18+ only.
