The year is 1996 & stupid made for TV action movies are all the rage; especially if they star kickboxing world champions like Don "The Dragon" Wilson. The plot is simple: daddy is in trouble & native American deputy sheriff (Wilson) must do whatever it takes to save his kidnapped father & prevent an endless barrage of terrorists, maliciously led by Roddy Piper, from blowing up the Hoover Dam. It's $25 million or bust for these terrorists in this mind-blowingly stupid & comedic Die Hard rip off that's less about the plot & more about blowing stuff up. Get ready to lose a few brain cells!
